According to the CDC, average monthly sales increased significantly for at least one of these products in all 48 states and the District of Columbia during the 5-year period. Average monthly prices, meanwhile, decreased in 39 states for rechargeables, 31 states for disposables, 20 states for prefilled cartridges, and 8 states for e-liquids.
